Using imagery and visualization

  Recently, on one of my long drives to a dog show, I was listening to some of the songs we dance to in Zumba class, and it reminded me of the importance of imagination and visualization. Imagination is the ability to see, in your mind’s eye, what you would like to happen. Visualization is the ability to see, in your mind’s eye, what you have already practiced, and would like to do again.   Ahhhh. Back to dog agility competition again after some time off, and a very rough couple of months.
